I am Orrie Baragwanath. I have been a school master, a civil engineering training school manager, a productivity consultant, lecturer on motivation, a factory manager and author. For the past 13years I have been an estate agent and worked for two well known agencies before going on my own and specializing in Industrial and Commercial property rentals and sales, the field I know best.

Vision

My vision is to supply potential Lessors and prospective Lessees with a choice of premesis having all the details of the properties and the prices which clients can compare. Properties for sale give the details and the prices with return on capital based on the rental income. This facilitates better decision making and less time wastage. It also gives potential clients, sellers and Lessors, a better idea of prevailing prices.
